Couples Relaxation Massage
If you and your sweetie just want to relax and relieve stress, this package will let you float off in complete comfort. Includes a consultation and full body massage. If your back and neck are tight, but you prefer a gentle touch, this is the place to start. Relax in a warm, quiet room with soft music playing. Your awareness of your body will be increased through touch during a soothing, full body massage. The Swedish invented this style of kneading the body to gently loosen the muscles and soften tissues. When you two are done, you will be ready to sip tea, sit by a fire, and cuddle. Recommended for all body types.

Couples Deep Tissue Massage
You and your sweetie both enjoy an invigorating session. Includes a consultation, spinal evaluation, and a full body massage. If the two of you are ready to have your muscles really worked on, this package will loosen chronically tight shoulders and low back tension. You will be asked to breathe in and out deeply while pinpointed pressure is applied to relieve unruly, knotted muscles. Deep Tissue Massage will rejuvenate both of you so you once again enjoy that wonderful feeling of being loose and free. Recommended for those who get regular exercise or are very active.

World Massage Package
Give someone you love a "trip around the world." This unique package includes one session of each of the 7 styles of massage therapy offered at Healthy Body Massage. The 7 massages are provided in progressive order from subtle to deep, and at your choice are given over the course of 7 consecutive weeks or months. After each session there will be greater feeling of release and reinvigoration. The recipient will feel like the luckiest person in the world. Massage styles progress from subtle to deep in 60-minute sessions, beginning with Chakra Clearing, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Relaxation Swedish Massage, Indian Hot Oil Massage (1 hour 15 minutes), Deep Tissue Massage, and Thai Massage. Recommended for the curious and daring!
